These terms govern your use of the Flowerbox254 website and any order you place with us.
Products
Every arrangement is one of a kind and made by hand from the export-grade stems available that morning. Colours, varieties and vessels may vary from the photographs while keeping the overall look, size and value of what you ordered.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include hand arrangement and plastic-free packaging. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time before an order is placed.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only once payment has completed with our provider. We may decline or refund an order if stems of the right quality are not available.
Delivery
We deliver same-day across Nairobi for orders placed before 1pm, and nationwide by arrangement. We rely on the address and phone number you provide; we cannot be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details.
Substitutions & freshness
Our flowers are graded to last 7–14 days with care. If something arrives not as it should, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
